The lower levels make for a nice little bonus GB but when you power level it is where it takes off. As for the original question the same I listed above is why Arc is so sought after. Personally I'm of the mindset it enhanced the game, I've enjoyed working GBs much more than tech and doing so with arc abilities has made the part of the game I enjoyed most even better. However Arc has fundamentally changed the game, it's certainly debateable if that's a good or bad thing but calling it 'warped' isn't far off in terms of the changes. Yes this is something that is available to all people. The amount of damage someone with a level 80 CoA, Zeus, CDM TA Kraken and AO can do to the GvG maps and in the hood is massive. Using your arc buddies to turbo level your traz virtually eliminates your need for military buildings. While locking those high level GBs you get a massive amount of medals making all other means of gathering medals obsolete. While locking thousands of FP on other's GBs using your arc (and costing you nothing) you do your RQs with a high chat and you get a large surplus of goods. With a level 80 arc and level 80 friends your other GBs go up muchhh quicker. Click to expand.The issue most have with arc is how it has it's fingers in just about every part of the game.
